Just by looking at what was first presented in the papers seems to be insufficient in developing interventions to help people with their health concerns.

Hence, Padayon, Lumbayanon went on to the ground to conduct ocular surveys to dig deeper for updates to better understand, as well as identify the missing piece on the structure of health within Lumbayao.

This was made possible with the assistance from the Barangay Kagawads assigned on different puroks.

On the first day, considering the geographical location of Barangay Lumbayao, the team was divided into 2 groups to cover the 80% of the farthest households of the 2 puroks, Mahogany and Santol.

Ocular survey of the remaining households from 5 puroks Gmelina, Nangka, Mangga, Falcata and Avokado were done the following days.
